1. I Will Earn Your Trust

I, Jackie Masek, will become a part of your team and care about your project as much as you do. I will listen to your needs, ideas, and inputs.

I will answer any questions you may have and will ask you a ton of questions. I will keep my work as transparent as possible as we do the work ahead of us.

I will share my years of knowledge of technology, digital marketing, and copywriting. I expect that you will share your years of knowledge of your business.

I can put that on the internet in a way so that current customers will be proud to know you and new ones will want to.

I Lean Into Challenges

I am not afraid of bruising my own ego. I will admit if something is a difficult task or an unknown component if we encounter one.

I love to learn new things. I always seek other perspectives when needed. I do all these things to help you run your business.

I have been a software developer for a major corporation (even created a program that the CEO cited as the top achievement for that year) to a Homeschool Mom and a Homeschool Blogger. I sold that very successful blog a few years ago as these two kids have grown & flown the nest. So, on to more challenges AND achievements! 

3. I look at the bigger picture

It can be easy to get lost in the weeds with technology because of constant updates and new ways of doing things. We will provide you with solutions that will scale and are flexible to change. We will consider several things when providing service to you. That includes, but may not be limited to: internal relationships, business context, your market and industry, and the impact on other systems.

All the places I have lived

Born & Raised

in Lorain, Ohio. It’s 35 miles west of Cleveland. I could see the lake from my bedroom window and spent my free time there or in the public library. I have read the entire encyclopedia and several dictionaries! 

Young Adulthood

I have lived in other parts of Ohio, a small town in Wisconsin, right outside of Orlando, Florida, and then back to Ohio where I attended college and met my husband. We settled in Columbus, then moved to Indiana, then California, and now here in Pittsburgh. 

Marriage & Kids

My husband, Scott, and I were married in 1995. He has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. We have two sons who are now grown & flown. They both live in Pittsburgh. I own a dog, Cookie, a Belgian Malinois, and my constant companion.

4. I am always improving.

I am always trying to be better today than yesterday. Any changes needed to the system I build you will be incremental improvements, because no one really likes surprises. I will share any new knowledge and experiences of digital media. My hope is that will help you and your business grow.
